Based in Montreal, Canada, Virtual Front Desk was established in 2018 by hospitality entrepreneur Jeff Letendre, and by the engineer, patent lawyer, and venture capital investor Robert Brouillette. From 2019, dev wizards; Olivier Gagnon, Felix Geoffrion-Lepage, Maxence Godefroid, and Zsombor Horvath joined the company as co-founders.
