Setting up your Virtual Front Desk account is a straightforward process designed to get your organization running quickly. Every new account begins on the Enterprise plan with a complimentary 30-day free trial, giving you the opportunity to explore the platform's full capabilities before committing to a paid subscription.

During the trial period, you will not be charged, but a valid payment method must be on file under Settings > Billing before you can create your first station. Your paid subscription officially begins the moment you activate your station's connection code at station.virtualfrontdesk.com.

Virtual Front Desk Account Setup

All new Virtual Front Desk accounts begin with the Enterprise plan and a 30-day free trial. While you won't be charged during the trial period, you must enter a valid payment method under Settings > Billing to create your first station. Your subscription starts once you activate your station's connection code at station.virtualfrontdesk.com. If you switch plans before the end of the 30-day trial, you will be billed immediately. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. To cancel your plan go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription.

Important: Charges are based on active stations. If you duplicate stations or activate multiple stations on different devices during your trial, ensure you only keep the one you are currently using to avoid unnecessary charges. Delete any unused stations under Stations > Edit Option and click Delete this Station.

Prepaid Credit

Save on your subscription by adding prepaid credit to your account and receiving up to a 25% rebate. Purchase a non-refundable credit of at least $500 to your account and get an additional 20% bonus, applicable to any plan. Add over $1,000 and receive a 25% bonus. Once the credit is depleted, regular monthly charges will apply, but you can add more credit to your account at any time. Please note that prepaid credits are non-refundable.
